Lets face it... there are 2 kinds of people. Those who love olives and those who hate them. For the lovers out there, this is the perfect treat! Not only are there black and green olives... there is also pepperocini, carrot, onion, celery, roasted red peppers and garlic. Eat with crackers or put on a sub or a quesadilla! I suggest a muffaletta (my favorite sandwich).
Muffaletta Recipe:
Ingredients-
9"-10" Round Italian Bread
Capicola Ham
Genoa Salami
Sliced Mozzerella or smoked Provolone
Olive Salad
-Slice bread in half. Add sliced deli meat, a layer of olive salad and generous amount of cheese. Place in toaster over or conventional oven open faced. Toast to melt cheese (about 3 minutes). Remove, place sides together and cut into quarters. Enjoy!! And get ready for company....
