Set up a FREE ACCOUNT to order. Your orders are picked fresh or processed on Thursdays and Friday mornings and are ready to be picked up at our host location, LEILANI’S GARDENS on Friday afternoons from 4-6 pm. Great Winter Salads and More!

HI EVERYBODY

Add some variety to your table this winter with easy and tasty salads. As an example our Hakurei Turnips are a wonderful taste treat with a little sweet-and-sour thing going on. Basically wash and cube 4-5 Turnips in boiling water 15 min., then cube a couple of Granny Smith or similar apples, about 4 oz. fresh or crushed pineapple, and a bunch of our Spring Green Onions chopped pretty fine. Just add 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup sugar, sweetener, or honey, 2 tbsp. water, and salt & pepper to taste and pour over the salad. Sounds odd, tastes, great!

REMEMBER! You can order until Tuesday night at 9 pm. Pick up your order at Leilani’s Gardens Friday afternoons from 4 to 7pm.
