Mean Green Beans!

HI EVERYBODY!

It’s pretty hard to fix true fresh picked-from-the-garden Green Beans and make them taste bad. Sauteed’ in butter or a little olive oil and sea salt, as long as they’re tender they’re gonna taste good. But let’s be real, here. The proper way to fix Green Beans is southern style, cooked a couple of hours until all vitamins are removed! OK, here’s a pretty good compromise: snap your beans and put them in a pot of water. Mince a red jalapeno for the color and the warmth, or you can wuss out with a little red Bell. Add 1/4 minced onion or 1-3 cloves garlic. Skip the fatback and add a tablespoon of ham bouillon or to taste, and sea salt, and you’re done. Quicker, healthier, and very tasty.
