Your orders are picked fresh or processed on Thursdays and Friday mornings and are ready to be picked up at our host location, LEILANI’S GARDENS on Friday afternoons from 4-6 pm. The Harvest is Open, and you know we’re your source for all-natural, local, non-GMO Foods and Products. So, as an example, let’s look at what you can do with LEILANI’S Kale. They have 3 varieties available right now, and yes, you can do salads, chips, and so on, but today we’re looking at smoothies. So here’s examples of smoothie Recipes

1. 2 cups Kales, half a pineapple, and a cup of coconut water. 2. A cup Kale, a small banana, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, a little milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. 3. Add fresh Strawberries / raspberries to Kale, with greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla protein powder. And 4. for something different try Kale, avocado, pineaooke, and a touch of ginger. Great taste that will wake you up!
