HI EVERYBODY!

I think it’s safe to say we all love to eat, we want to eat healthy, and we want greater variety. So here’s a couple of thoughts.

One of my guilty pleasures is smoked sausage with a spicy mustard and a tasty addition that changes the whole meal is one of CULTURED TRADITIONS Sauerkrauts. There are several varieties, all guaranteed to lend an interesting twist on the “standard” German flavors. I suggest their Traditional Russian White, the Ginger Tumeric Sauerkraut or the intriguing Spicy Garlic Ginger Sauerkraut. Maybe you’ll find a new favorite, or maybe a couple of different tastes based on what you’re eating.

Interesting Tip from Bruce the Baker: Here’s a great way to top off MY DAILY BREAD’s Plain Bagels, with some organic cream cheese and DAILY BREAD’s Blackberry Jam! It’s a real taste treat!

And looking for variety in Veggies? Substitute Swiss Chard for Spinach in salads, sauteed, in soups or as creamed chard instead of creamed spinach. Chard is very nutritious, higher in vitamin C, and quite colorful in salads. Give it a try!
